Swanke Hayden Connell Architects wanted this ten-story, 350,000-square-foot office building to fit in, but hold its own ground, in brownstone-filled Brooklyn. The building’s modern structural steel frame and unique terra cotta, glass, and aluminum curtain wall harmonize with neighboring historic buildings while meeting contemporary office and retail needs.
